Frequent questions about using a web hosing package

• cPanel is on address www.CompanyName.com/cpanel
• Untill name servers are propagated (which can take from 1h to 48h depending from you local internet provider) you can access to FTP or cPanel with IP address that we sent you
• Username for e-mail is always entered as you@CompanyName.com
• POP3 and SMTP parameters for Outlook-a are mail.CompanyName.com, and since our web server requires auth. when sending mail, you must check the box “My outgoing server require authentication” inside E-mail accounts -> More settings -> Outgoing server
• Webmail service you may use from any location from your web browser, entering www.CompanyName.com/webmail - Please keep your email password safe!
